All new Oskar Pascal watches have an international five-year warranty. Oskar Pascal guarantees that all new watches purchased from oskarpascal.com are free from defects in material or workmanship for five years from date of purchase under the following conditions. If an error would occur within this period, Oskar Pascal will correct this at no cost to the customer by repairing or, if a repair is not possible, provide the customer with a new watch.

In addition, work carried out during a complete service by Oskar Pascal Service Centre are covered by a two-year warranty. The warranty period begins with the return of the watch to the Customer.

Excluded from the warranty are normal wear and tear, especially on the leather straps. Claims under this warranty are also invalid if the watch has defects or damage caused by improper use or when the watch shows indications of external influence or modification by unauthorized persons or unauthorized service centres, except when explicitly permitted in writing by Oskar Pascal.

Right of cancelation
All Oskar Pascal timepieces are manufactured and assembled on order. Cancelation is not possible after paid deposit.

Your Oskar Pascal watch is made of exclusive materials and manufactured with the highest standards. Taking proper care of you watch will help keeping it working reliably and with precision.

Taking daily care of your watch
Cleaning the watch case and pods with a cloth occasionally helps preserve the lustre. Make sure your watch is fitted properly on your wrist to avoid premature wear and improve the winding system. When wearing your Oskar Pascal daily, we recommend that you wind your watch once a month. In case you don’t wear your watch for a couple of days, we recommend that you wind your watch manually before putting it on.

In our everyday life we are often exposed to magnetic fields that can affect the watch by making it run slower, faster or even stop. If you notice any fixed rate deviation, your watch could have been magnetized. This can easily be fixed by a professional watchmaker using a simple demagnetization process.

Leather straps should not be exposed to or submerged in water to prevent discoloration and deformation.

Service intervals
We recommend that you have the water resistance checked once a year and a complete service every five to seven years. Contact us by email — service@oskarpascal.com — to get instructions on how to submit your watch for service.
